Back in August I had the absolute pleasure of filming with Fresh One Productions (Jamie Oliver's TV production company). I was invited to feature on Len and Ainsley's Big Food Adventure. Here we are 3 months later and the final product is out. Strictly Come Dancing Len Goodman was taken to Edgware Road by his guide chef Ainsley Harriot. I make an appearance at the end of their Lebanese meal in Edgware Road's Al Dar restaurant. The programme was aired on 18/11/2015 on BBC One. s for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal exp erience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knzdcowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
